Furnizare consumabile pentru imprimante conform caietului de sarcini Furnizarea produselor se va face în regim franco beneficiar, in intervalul orar 08:00-14:00, in termen de 10 zile lucratoare de la lansarea comenzii ferme de către autoritatea contractantă, la sediul U.M. 02033 Iași, str. Peneș Curcanu, nr. 2, loc. Iași, jud. Iași, persoană de contact domnul NECHITA Andrei, tel 0755.661.112. Plata se va face dupa receptia produselor, prin OP, prin TREZORERIA municipului Iasi. In situatia in care va fi necesar incheierea unui contract se va folosi draftul de contract al autoritatii contractante. In conformitate cu OUG 138/04.12.2025, publicata in MO 1222 din 05.12.2025, pe factura se va inscrie in mod obligatoriu codurile CPV corespunzatoare prevazute in nomenclatorul de referinta in domeniul achizitiilor publice. Conditii de participare: Persoana juridica, operator inscris in SICAP, cont deschis la trezorerie. Prezentarea unor produse neconforme cu specificatiile din “DESCRIEREA CONTRACTULUI” atrage dupa sine refuzul receptiei. Se solicita oferta pentru toate produsele si intreaga cantitate solicitata. Ofertele semnate si stampilate vor fi transmise in copie pe adresa de e-mail a unitatii: [email protected], cu specificatia: titlul emailului va fi de forma „OFERTA LA ANUNTUL CU NUMARUL .....”, pe oferta se va inscrie obligatoriu numarul anuntului publicat din SICAP, o persoana de contact cu un numar de telefon. Orice oferta depusa dupa data si ora limita de depunere a ofertelor nu va mai fi luata in considerare.
