Ministerul Apărării Naționale prin UM 01020 Dej, având sediul în str. Tudor Vladimirescu, nr. 1, mun. Dej, jud. Cluj, cod poștal 405200, realizează un studiu de piață în vederea achiziționării de alimente, aferente lunii Aprilie, pentru 3 locații(loturi) : Dej , Jucu , Lugoj . Oferta se va face pentru fiecare locatie (lot) in parte Atasat se gasesc anexele cu necesarul de alimente pentru fiecare locatie (lot), specificatiile tehnice, graficul de livrare si model contract subsecvent . 1. Plata se face pe baza facturii în original, prin virament, în cont deschis la trezoreria statului, după recepția produsului în termenul legal. 2. Livrare la sediul beneficiarului: U.M.01020 Dej , U.M. 01489 Jucu , jud.Cluj si U.M. 01021 Lugoj , jud. Timis (termen de livrare : conform graficului ) . 3. Produsele se vor livra împreună cu documentele însoțitoare (certificate de conformitate, avize de însoțire, certificate de garanție, alte documente după caz). 4. Operatorul economic declarat câstigător va posta produsul în Catalogul Electronic din SEAP/SICAP, în vederea achiziționării electronice. 1. Oferta va conține obligatoriu date și informații referitoare la: - îndeplinirea cerințelor tehnice(propunerea tehnică); - termenul de livrare; - garanție; - propunerea financiară; etc. 2. Ofertele pot fi transmise pe adresa de e-mail [email protected] , prin fax la nr. 0264/212.577 sau în formă scrisă (curier rapid, poștă etc), în termenul limită stabilit. 1. Prezenta nu constituie un angajament de cumparare din partea noastra. Livrarile se vor efectua in baza unor comenzi ferme, transmise ulterior declararii ofertantului castigator. 2.
