Furnizare de TRICOURI PERSONALIZATE PENTRU ELEVII DE GIMNAZIU Furnizare de TRICOURI PERSONALIZATE PENTRU ELEVII DE GIMNAZIU Ofertantul va completa oferta in conformitate cu cerintele autoritatii contractante. Propunerea financiara se va completa specificand pretul unitar fara TVA, cantitatea totala si valoarea totala. Operatorul economic trebuie sa fie inregistrat in SEAP. Valabilitatea ofertelor sa fie de minim 30 zile de la termenul limita de primire. Plata contravalorii produselor furnizate se face, prin virament bancar, în baza facturii, emisă de către contractant, în termen de 30 (treizeci) de zile de la data primirii produselor, a procesului-verbal de recepție, în contul furnizorului, deschis la Trezoreria statului. Nu se fac plăți în avans sau parțiale. Produsele vor fi livrate la sediul autorității contractante(Scoala Gimnaziala Alunu), prin grija și cheltuiala furnizorului. Produsele vor fi însoțite obligatoriu de factura fiscală, de certificatul de garanție al produselor, respectiv de declarația de conformitate. Ofertele se vor transmite prin email [email protected], semnate electronic, Ofertantul are obligatia de a gtrimite la sediul autoritatii contractante pana la data limita de depunere a ofertelor o mostra a produsului ofertat insotita de informatii privind denumirea ofertantului si denumirea produsului. Mostra trebuie sa fie personalizata conform cerintelor.Netransmiterea mostrei duce la respingerea ofertei ca neconforma, Clarificari se pot obtine printr-un formular transmis la adresa de email mentionata mai sus,
