Achizitia directa de catre Unitatea Speciala de Intervetie în Situatii de Urgenta (U.M. 0629), în calitate de Beneficiar, a FURNIZARE MEDICAMENTE UZ VETERINAR pentru caini de serviciu, 25-45 kg, varsta 18-36 luni: METROVIS 250/MG ........................10CUTII • ACHIZITIA SE VA FACE PRIN SEAP, IN FUNCTIE DE DISPONIBILUL BUGETAR. • TRANSPORTUL MEDICAMENTELOR SE VA EFECTUA CU RESPECTAREAORDINULUI ANSVSA NR.165/2023, ORDINUL ANSVSA NR.83/2014, ORDINUL MS NR.1234/2011 SI A ORDINULUI MS NR.964/2022. • MENTINEREA OFERTEI MIN.45 DE ZILE. • PLATA SE VA EFECTUA IN TERMEN DE MAXIMUM 30 DE ZILE DE LA LIVRARE SI RECEPTIA FARA OBIECTIUNI. ofertele vor fi intocmite astfel incat sa se respecte anexa 1. Ofertele se vor transmite pe adresa de email [email protected] Oferta va cuprinde cel putin urmatoarele informatii: datele de identificare ale ofertantului, numarul anuntului de publicitate postat în SEAP, precum si datele solicitate in ofertele tehnica si financiara. Prezentul anunț nu obligă autoritatea contractantă să atribuie contractul de achizitie. Oferta tehnică va cuprinde: • detaliere cât mai exacta a produselor/serviciilor/lucrarilor, în concordanță cu specificațiile mentionate; • declarație de acceptare a condițiilor de livrare și de plată prevazute în anunțul publicitar postat pe S.E.A.P. Oferta financiara va cuprinde: • prețul unitar, exprimat în lei pe fiecare produs/serviciu/lucrare, cu și fără TVA ( a se specifica cota de T.V.A. 9% sau 19% pentru fiecare produs) • contul de trezorerie în care se va efectua plata; • perioada de valabilitate a ofertei – cel puțin până la încheierea contractului și facturarea produselor/serviciilo/lucrarilor; • oferta va fi transmisa în format electronic, scanată, la adresa de e-mail: [email protected]. Ofertele financiare care nu respecta cerințele prevăzute în anunțul de atribuire aferente achiziției vor fi considerate neconforme. Nerespectarea conditiilor din prezentul anunt de catre ofertantul declarat castigator, da dreptul autoritatii contractante sa anuleze comanda fara nici un alt drept al ofertantului. Termen limită de primire oferte: 25.03.2026, ora 10,00. Termen limita de livrare : gratuit la sediul achizitorului , in max. 5 zile lucratoare de la comanda
