Furnizare pachet produse papetarie Inspectoratul pentru Situatii de Urgenta "Barbu Catargiu" al judetului Ialomita solicita operatorilor economici din domeniu oferte de pret pentru furnizare pachet produse papetarie conform anexa Pentru garantarea primirii in termen a ofertelor depuse, solicitam ca ofertele semnate sa fie transmise electronic prin email la adresa [email protected] si se va preciza in titlu numarul de anunt(ex: Oferta conform ADV1234567) pentru care se depune oferta . Ofertele vor fi întocmite în limba romana, valabilitatea va fi de minim 30 de zile, iar preturile vor fi exprimate in RON cu si fara TVA. Ofertele primite dupa expirarea termenului limita de depunere nu vor fi luate in considerare. Ofertele vor prezenta produse existente pe piata cu caracterisitici definite in mod corespunzator(ex: denumire producator, mod de ambalare, tip produs, etc) astfel incat la evaluare sa se poata determina echivalenta propunerii tehnice cu produsul solicitat prin anunt, iar acele oferte care nu prezinta propunere tehnica si fac simpla copiere a denumirii produsului vor fi declarate NECONFORME ! Achizitia se va derula online si va fi initiata cu ofertantul declarat castigator in limita fondurilor disponibile si in termenul de valabilitate al ofertei. Livrare gratuita in intervalul programului de lucru, respectiv luni-vineri 08-16, la sediul autoritatii contractante din str. Lacului, nr. 23, Slobozia, Ialomita, in 3 zile lucratoare de la data comenzii. Pana in momentul livrarii, operatorul economic va confirma autoritatii contractante incarcarea facturii fiscale in E-factura pentru receptia comenzii. Plata se va efectua cu OP in cont de Trezorerie in termen de maxim 30 de zile de la receptia produselor. Evaluarea ofertelor se va realiza de către comisia desemnată într-un termen de 30 zile (echivalent cu valabilitatea minimă a ofertei), urmând ca ofertantul declarat câștigător să fie notificat prin e-mail și/sau telefonic în vederea publicării în SEAP pentru derularea achiziției cu acesta. Alte informatii suplimentare referitoare la obiectul achizitiei sau eventualele solicitări de clarificări se vor solicita prin email la adresa [email protected].
