Furnizare rechizite si tipizate conform atasament. Livrarea produselor se va realiza la sediul IPJ Sibiu cu cheltuielile de livrare incluse in pret pana la data de 09.04.2026, orele 08:00-14:00. Plata se va efectua în limita bugetului alocat, în termen de maxim 60 de zile de la inregistrarea facturii la sediul autoritatii contractante. Produsele ofertate trebuie sa respecte toate cerintele si cantitatile stabilite in prezentul anunt, ofertantii avand obligatia de a stabili preturile raportat la unitatea de masura. In cazul in care ofertantii nu oferteaza un produs sau produsele nu respecta cerintele, oferta va fi respinsa, fiind considerata neconforma. Produsele trebuie sa fie descrise detaliat in oferta astfel incat sa asigure posibilitatea autoritatii contractante de a verifica conformitatea lor. Ofertele depuse nu trebuie sa depaseasca valoarea estimata. Ofertele trebuie sa respecte cerintele stabilite in prezentul anunt si sa fie depuse pana la data limita, pe adresa de e-mail a autoritatii contractante: [email protected] / sediul IPJ Sibiu - Serviciul Logistic. Finalizarea achizitiei se va realiza in SEAP, ofertantul declarat castigator va posta pachetul de produse in SEAP cu mentiunea " pentru anuntul publicitar nr. _____ (se va completa nr. de anunt).
