Ofertantii interesati vor transmite oferta la adresa de e-mail: [email protected], pana la data de 04.07.2024, ora 12.00, ulterior castigatorii urmand sa posteze achizitia in SICAP. Produsele vor corespunde specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini. Termenul maxim de furnizare si instalare: 03.10.2024. I. CRITERIUL DE ATRIBUIRE: Prețul cel mai scăzut / obiectul achizitiei (în condițiile respectării cerințelor prezentului anunț de publicitate si a cerintelor tehnice). Nu se acceptă oferte parțiale. Se va oferta obligatoriu toate produsele solicitate. II. VALOAREA ESTIMATĂ (fără TVA): 168067,23 lei Propunerea financiară, fără TVA care depășește valoarea estimată, va fi declarată inacceptabilă, în baza art. 137 alin. (2), lit. e) din H.G. nr. 395/2016. III. TERMEN LIMITĂ DEPUNERE OFERTĂ: pana la data de 04.07.2024 ora 12:00. IV. ADRESĂ DEPUNERE OFERTĂ: la adresa de poșta electronica institutionala: [email protected] De pe aceasta adresa de e-mail se vor transmite eventualele solicitări de clarificare privind oferta depusa V. ACHIZIȚIA SE FINALIZEAZĂ PRIN: Comanda sau contract de achizitie publica VI. CONDIȚII REFERITOARE LA PREZENTAREA OFERTEI Termenul de furnizare/ prestare/ executie: Maxim 03.10.2024. Limba de redactare a ofertei: Limba română Moneda în care este exprimat prețul: Lei fără TVA. (Se va mentiona in oferta financiara daca operatorul economic este platitor de TVA) Perioada minimă de valabilitate a ofertei: 30 de zile de la data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Modul de prezentare a ofertei: Propunerea financiară va fi exprimată în lei fără TVA, cu două zecimale. Oferta tehnică se va întocmi astfel încât să se poată identifica facil toate elementele solicitate în Specificațiile tehnice: caracteristici materiale, detalii imprimare/ inscripționare, codiții de ambalare și transport, termen de valabilitate, al ofertei, termen de livrare, etc. Nu se acceptă oferte a căror valoare financiară depășește valoarea estimată. Nu se acceptă oferte parțiale. Oferta se va depune până la termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor.
