Furnizare uleiuri (transmisie, motor, hidraulic, ungere, amestec, mineral) conform Anunt achizitie directa nr.ACZ/2796/24.03.2026 atasat la Sectiunea CAIET DE SARCINI. Termenul de livrare: 5 zile de la comanda. Destinația finală - Sistemului de Gospodărirea a Apelor Suceava, str. Universității nr.6A, Suceava, jud. Suceava. Produsele vor fi însoțite de Certificat de calitate și garanție și Declarație de conformitate. Livrarea se va efectua în ambalaje care să protejeze produsele. Perioada de înlocuire a produselor cu termenul de garantie/valabilitate expirat sau cu defecte de transport este de 2 (două) zile de la înștiințarea în scris de către beneficiar. Plata contravalorii produselor se va efectua prin virament, în termen de maxim 30 zile de la livrarea produselor și emiterea facturii, în contul furnizorului deschis la Trezorerie. Oferta va fi postată pe catalogul electronic SEAP (14 pozitii separate) și va conține pentru fiecare produs postat cel puțin: - Prețurile unitare ofertate exprimate în lei exclusiv TVA care va cuprinde toate cheltuielile aferente inclusiv transportul la destinaţia finală; - Descrierea produsului solicitat care va conține cel puțin caracteristicile minimale solicitate (Vor fi luate în considerare numai ofertele care respectă aceste specificații sau sunt superioare). În cazul în care vor exista două sau mai multe oferte cu același preț, autoritatea contractantă va solicita ofertanților care au oferit cel mai mic preț postarea unor noi prețuri în SEAP.
