Furnizarea de truse criminalistice IPJ Tulcea intentioneaza sa achizitioneze truse criminalistice conform Caietului de sarcini si a Specificatiei tehnice atasate prezentului anunt. Oferta va fi transmisa Autoritatii contractante conform caietului de sarcini pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected], prin fax la nr. 0240/513101 sau la sediul IPJ Tulcea, având caracter ferm siobligatoriu din punct de vedere al continutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate a ofertei. Produsele vor respecta cerintele Caietului de sarcini si a Specificatiei tehnice atasate prezentului anunt. Livrarea produselor se va face conform Caietului de sarcini atasat. FINALIZAREA ACHIZITIEI DIRECTE IN SEAP, PRIN ACCEPTAREA OFERTEI FERME A OPERATORULUI ECONOMIC NU INSEAMNA LANSAREA UNEI COMENZI FERME DIN PARTEA AUTORITATII CONTRACTANTE CATRE OPERATORUL ECONOMIC. IPJ Tulcea va transmite ofertantului documentul/actul specific prin care se angajează cheltuielile acestei achiziții directe, în conformitate cu dispozițiile art. 43 alin. (5) din H.G. nr. 395/2016, coroborat cu cele ale OMFP nr. 1792/2002. Plata se va efectua in termen de 60 de zile de la data primirii facturii electronice, intr-un cont deschis la trezoreria statului.
