Gaze tehnice imbuteliate Gaze tehnice imbuteliate conform anexa 1 atasata. Ofertantul va depune propunerea financiara cu preturile unitare si totale cu obligativitatea ofertarii tuturor pozitiilor din anexa atasata, incluzand transportul produselor la sediul achizitorului. Moneda in care se va transmite propunerea financiara: RON. Propunerea financiara transmisa in alta moneda, decat RON, va fi respinsa. Oferta tehnica va include caracteristicile produselor ofertate astfel incat sa poata fi usor identificate cu cele solicitate. Perioada de valabilitate a ofertelor: 30 zile. Oferta va cuprinde si urmatoarele: modalitatea si termenul de plata, modalitatea si termenul de livrare, termenul de valabilitate. Durata contract: 12 luni de la semnarea acestuia. Termen de livrare: In termen de 5 zile de la data solicitarii responsabilului de contract (e-mail, telefon) in buteliile proprietate furnizor sau 4-6 saptamani in buteliile proprietate CET Govora. Locul livrarii - Societatea CET Govora S.A., societate în reorganizare judiciară, in judicial reorganisation, en redressement, str. Industriilor, nr.1, cod postal: 240050, Ramnicu Valcea, jud.Valcea, in zilele lucratoare, intre orele 7:00-14:00. La livrare produsele vor fi insotite de urmatoarele documente: aviz de insotire a marfii, certificat de calitate, certificat de valabilitate, fisa tehnica si fisa cu date de securitate (conform Regulament CE nr. 1907/2006). Conditii de plata: OP la 45 zile de la data facturarii. Factura va fi emisă electronic şi va fi transmisă prin sistemul naţional RO e-Factura. Ofertele vor fi transmise prin email: [email protected] pana la data si ora limita precizata in anuntul publicitar. Se va incheia contract cu ofertantul selectat castigator in urma analizei ofertelor primite. Nota: Nu se vor lua in considerare ofertele transmise dupa data si ora limita prevazuta in anuntul publicitar.
