Furnizarea de hartie pentru copiatoare tip A4: 5849 topuri, hatie A3 – 117 topuri , conform specificaţiei tehnice atasate. Oferta prezentata va contine propunerea tehnica si financiara. Propunerea tehnica trebuie sa respecte, in totalitate, cerintele prevazute în Specificatia tehnica, acestea fiind considerate cerinte minimale. Propunerea tehnica va cuprinde: descrierea caracteristicilor produselor ofertate; precizarea garantiei acordata produselor ofertate; orice alte documente sau precizari solicitate prin specificatia tehnica. Propunerea financiara va furniza toate informatiile solicitate cu privire la pret si la alte conditii financiare si comerciale in ceea ce priveste livrarea produselor. Vor fi prezentate cantitatile si preturile unitare ale produselor ofertate , exprimate în lei, fara TVA, în conditia de livrare franco – achizitor.Preturile unitare ofertate vor îngloba toate costurile ocazionate de operatiunile de transport, ambalare si alte cheltuieli aferente livrarii acestora Ofertantii vor transmite la adresa de e-mail [email protected] pana la data de 30.03.2026, ora 14:00 oferta financiara si fisele tehnice ale produsului care sa contina toate datele tehnice solicitate in specificatia tehnica. Se va specifica termenul de garantie care va fi de cel putin 12 luni. Livrarea se va face pe baza de comanda ferma, in maxim 30 zile de la primirea acesteia, iar plata se va efectua cu ordin de plata, in maxim 30 de zile de la data semnării comenzii . La livrare, produsele vor fi insotite de certificat de garantie si calitate/ conformitate.
