Imprimate la comanda Autoritatea contractanta intenţionează să achiziţioneze imprimate la comanda. Specificaţiile tehnice si cantitatile pot fi descărcate direct din fişierul anexat prezentului anunţ. Poate participa orice operator economic interesat care este înregistrat în SEAP si care va depune oferta respectând solicitările autorităţii contractante. Oferta semnată şi ştampilată, se va transmite la adresa de e-mail: [email protected], până cel târziu 03.02.2026, ora 12:00 şi se va elabora în conformitate cu specificaţiile tehnice. Perioada de valabilitate a ofertei: minim 30 de zile de la data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Oferta va conţine: preţul unitar fără TVA, termenul de livrare, perioada de valabilitate. Achiziţia se va realiza prin intermediul catalogului electronic pus la dispoziţie de SEAP. Evaluarea ofertelor se va face la valoarea totală fără TVA. După analizarea şi evaluarea tuturor ofertelor transmise de către operatorii economici, autoritatea contractantă va solicita operatorului economic declarant căştigător încărcarea ofertei în catalogul electronic pus la dispoziţie de SEAP. Plata se va efectua prin OP în contul de trezorerie al operatorului economic în termen de 30 de zile de la data emiterii facturii electronice. Livrarea produselor se va face gratuit la sediul autorităţii contractante, până cel târziu 20.02.2026. Factura se va emite electronic, in sistem RO e-factura.
