Materiale de întreținere spații verzi conform anexei Se va specifica perioada de valabilitate a ofertei şi valoarea totală fără TVA. În prețul ofertei va fi inclus costul de transport la sediul ISU Vrancea din Focșani. Plata va fi efectuată în maxim 30 de zile de la receptie, în contul de Trezorerie al furnizorului. Daca produsele nu corespund cerințelor din anunț, acestea vor fi returnate ofertantului pe cheltuiala acestuia. Ofertele care nu conțin toate informațiile solicitate vor fi considerate incomplete și vor fi respinse ca neconforme. Achiziția se va finaliza în SEAP.
