Materiale de resort auto Autoritatea Contractanta intenţionează să achiziţioneze produse conform tabelului anexat, valoarea estimată este de 49.065,00 lei fără TVA. Perioada de valabilitate a ofertei trebuie să fie de 30 zile, având caracter ferm și obligatoriu din punct de vedere al conţinutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate a ofertei. Propunerea financiară se va întocmi în lei, fără TVA, cu maxim două zecimale și va include toate cheltuielile . Propunerea tehnică: Propunerea tehnică va fi elaborată astfel încât să rezulte că sunt îndeplinite și asumate în totalitate cerințele prevăzute în specificaţiile tehnice. Pentru ca plata să poată fi efectuată, operatorul economic trebuie să dețină un cont deschis la o unitate de trezorerie a statului. Termen de livrare: 4 zile lucrătoare de la data primirii comenzii ferme din partea autorităţii contractante Termen de plată: Plata se va efectua în termen de 30 de zile calendaristice de la data recepției produselor și primirea facturii. Livrarea produselor se va face gratuit la sediul I.G.P.F. din Bdul. Geniului, nr. 42C, sector 6, București. Ataşat anunţului de publicitate, găsiţi: Tabel centralizator cu produsele solicitate şi specificaţiile tehnice, Modelul de formular de oferta Prin transmiterea ofertei, operatorul economic îşi asumă respectarea tuturor cerinţelor menţionate în prezenta cerere de ofertă. Agentul economic declarat câştigător va livra produsele, în baza unei comenzi ferme. În cuprinsul facturii va fi menţionat contul de trezorerie în care se va face plata. Operatorul economic are obligatia de a factura produsul prin factura electronica „RO e-Factura” Nu vor fi luate în considerare ofertele sub formă de linkuri către site-uri care comercializează produsele ofertate; Nu vor fi luate în considerare ofertele transmise după termenul limită sau la altă adresă ori număr de fax
