Conform caiet de sarcini atasat. • Oferta va fi exprimată in lei fără TVA pe unitatea de măsura cu maxim 2 zecimale; • La fiecare produs ofertat se vor prezenta detaliat specificațiile tehnice ale produsului ofertat și menționarea Paginii din prospect, catalog, manual de utilizare etc, prin care se demonstrează îndeplinirea cerinței tehnice (a se completa tabelul de mai sus); • Prezentarea prospectelor/fiselor tehnice astfel încât să se poată analiza corespondenta dintre cerintele solicitate si cele ofertate; • Menținerea ofertei minim 60 zile de la data ofertării; • Încarcarea produsului adjudecat in S.E.A.P. cu denumirea, unitatea de masura si la pretul ofertat. - Nu se accepta oferte alternative. • Livrare gratuita la sediul C.M.D.T.A. „Dr. Nicolae Kretzulescu”, in termen de 30 zile zile de la comanda autoritatii contractante. • Toate produsele vor avea termen de valabilitate de minim 12 luni de la data livrarii, exceptie făcând Sprayul anestezic cu kelen care va avea un termen de valabilitate de minim 5 ani de la data livrarii; • Acceptul ca plata să se efectueze cu OP la maxim 60 zile de la data receptiei produselor; Ofertele tehnico-financiare se primesc, până la data limită depunere ofertă din anunțul de publicitate, la adresa de e-mail: [email protected] Relaţii suplimentare: BLOJU Ana-Maria, tel. nr. 021.311.1498.
