Statia de pompare si tratare apa Targu Mures a fost pusa in functiune in anul 1998 si apartine de Sectia Comprimare. De la punerea in functiune pana in prezent nu s-au efectuat reparatii de mare anvergura sau lucrari de intretinere a cladirilor, ceea ce a dus la o degradare a acestora. Geamurile existente etanseaza foarte slab, sunt ineficiente din punct de vedere energetic, avand o vechime de peste 20 ani si necesita sa fie schimbate cu geamuri tip termopan pentru o mai buna izolatie termica si fonica a zonei. In paralel cu inlocuirea geamurilor, pentru ca schimbarea geamurilor in zona propusa sa fie eficienta din punct de vedere termic, este necesara montarea unei usi tip termopan care sa inchida coridorul de acces la toata zona (aprox. 100 mp). Din punct de vedere energetic, cladirea prezinta neconformitati majore pe partea de tamplarie exterioara, aceasta fiind realizata din geamuri cu toc metalic, fara garnituri de etansare, cu coeficient scazut de izolare termica si fonica. Incalzirea se realizeaza centralizat, cu centrala termica murala proprie, cu corpuri de incalzire realizate din teava rotunda. Grupurile sanitare sunt uzate moral, cu vechime de peste 20 ani. Instalatia electrica interioara, realizata cu conductori din aluminiu si tablouri de sigurante dotate cu sigurante fuzibile nu se mai incadreaza in parametrii acceptabili de functionare. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare, conform art.173 din Legea 99/2017. Răspunsul entităţii contractante la aceste solicitări va fi transmis cu 4 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Termenul limita stabilit pentru adresarea solicitarilor de clarificari catre entitatea contractanta este de 7 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Solicitările de clarificări trebuie transmise în SICAP.
