INSPECTORATUL DE POLITIE JUDETEAN PRAHOVA INTENTIONEAZA SA ACHIZITIONEZE MUNIȚIE, DUPĂ CUM URMEAZĂ : 1) Cartuș calibrul 9x19 mm.(conform caietului de sarcini nr.189455/24.03.2026)-200.000 BUC, Valoare estimată-240.000 lei fara TVA; 2) Cartuș calibrul 7,65x17 mm.(conform caietului de sarcini nr.189455/24.03.2026)-70.000 buc, valoare estimată -122.500 lei fara TVA; 3) Cartuș calibrul 7,62x51 mm. NATO (conform caietului de sarcini nr.189455/24.03.2026)-2000 buc, valoare estimată-8.600 lei fara TVA; 4) Cartuș calibrul 12 Gauge-BRK (conform caietului de sarcini nr.189455/24.03.2026)-300 buc, valoare estimată-4958,68 lei fara TVA; 5) Cartuș calibrul 12 Gauge-Demolition (conform caietului de sarcini nr.189455/24.03.2026)-500 buc, valoare estimată -12.396,69 lei fara TVA; 6) Cartuș calibrul 12 Gauge-Cauciuc (conform caietului de sarcini nr.189455/24.03.2026)-1200 buc, valoare estimată-9.917,35 lei fara TVA. Atenție!!! SE MODIFICA PCT 4.1 DIN SPECIFICAȚIIILE TEHNICE, DUPĂ CUM URMEAZĂ: Se acceptă ofertarea de lăzi metalice prevăzute cu sistem de închidere și sigilare. Astfel pct. 4.1 din specificațiile tehnice va avea următoarea formă: 4.1. Cartușele vor fi ambalate în cutii din carton prevăzute cu suporți tip fagure din carton sau masă plastică, iar acestea se vor introduce în lăzi din lemn sau metal, prevăzute cu sistem de închidere și sigilare. Se va încheia un contract de furnizare. Contractul de furnizare se va incheia in functie de fondurile bugetare alocate autoritatii contractante. Plata produselor se va efectua in termen de 30 de zile de la data receptiei si primirea facturii. Oferta se va transmite in termenul indicat, pe adresa de e-mail [email protected] si va fi valabila 90 de zile. Oferta va contine: OFERTA TEHNICA SI FINANCIARA ( in lei, fara TVA, cu maxim 2 zecimale),INSOTITA DE DECLARATIILE PE PROPRIE RASPUNDERE, ASA CUM SUNT PREVAZUTE DE ART 155, 156, 157 SI ART 147 DIN OUG 114/2011, precum si autorizarile prevazute in caietul de sarcini.
