PACHET MATERIALE VOPSIT JENTI AUTO CONFORM DESCRIERE ATASATA 1 PACHET IN VALOARE TOTALA DE 1000 LEI FARA TVA. Plata se va face prin OP la 30 zile de la data inregistrării facturii la sediul autorității contractante. Piesele înlocuite trebuie să fie însoțite de certificate de calitate. Ofertanții vor asigura garanția pieselor cât și a manoperei, iar termenul de efectuarea reparației/reviziei să nu fie mai mare de 72 ore de la data intrării în service. Achiziția se va efectua prin S.E.A.P., astfel că toți ofertanții trebuie să fie înscriși în S.E.A.P., până cel târziu la sfârșitul perioadei de depunere a ofertelor. Oferta va fi exprimata în lei fara TVA, termenul de valabilitate a ofertei trebuie sa fie de minim 30 zile. Produsele ofertate trebuie să respecte toate cerințele stabilite în prezentul anunț, ofertanții având obligația de a stabili prețurile raportate la unitatea de măsură menționată în anunț, respectând și cantitățile solicitate sau alte cerințe. Produsele trebuie să fie descrise detaliat în ofertă astfel încât să asigure posibilitatea autorității contractante de a verifica conformitatea lor. În cazul în care produsele nu respectă cerințele din prezentul anunț, oferta va fi respinsă, fiind considerată neconformă. Ofertele depuse nu trebuie să depășească valoarea estimată, în caz contrar oferta va fi respinsă. Orice ofertă venită după finalizarea termenului de depunere nu va fi luată în considerare. Nu se acceptă variante sau oferte alternative. Ofertele trebuie să respecte cerințele stabilite în prezentul anunț și să fie depuse până la data limita, pe adresa de e-mail a autorității contractante: [email protected] / fax la nr. 0258/810425 sau la sediul ISU Alba - Compartiment Achizitii cu specificarea numarului de anunț atribuit de S.E.A.P. În cazul în care se solicită clarificari, care modifică informațiile prevăzute în acest anunț sau se impun astfel de modificări, autoritatea contractantă va publica o noua versiune a anunțului ce va include modificări impuse de aceste clarificări.
