Se intenționează să se achiziționeze piese pentru reparația aparatelor de multiplicat din dotarea I.G.P.R. - Aparat Central. Conform prevederilor caietului de sarcini și a specificației tehnice anexate. Piesele livrate vor fi noi și nu trebuie să facă parte din categoria celor respinse de beneficiari la alte recepții. Termen de garanție: minim 12 luni de la data recepției. Propunerea financiară se va întocmi în lei, fără T.V.A. Plata se va face în contul din Trezorerie, în baza facturii electronice emise de către operatorul economic, direct în contul indicat pe factură, în termen de 30 zile de la descărcarea facturii electronice de către I.G.P.R. Conform prevederilor caietului de sarcini și a specificației tehnice anexate. Prețul ofertat va fi exprimat în lei, fără T.V.A., și nu se va modifica pe întreaga perioadă de valabilitate a ofertei. Valabilitatea ofertei depuse: 60 de zile de la data transmiterii acesteia. Eventualele clarificări pot fi solicitate în scris la adresa de e-mail [email protected].
