Achizitionarea urmatoarelor tipuri de produse abrazive: Disc debitare metal: 62 buc.; Disc șlefuire metal: 75 buc.; Perie sârmă: 4 buc.. Caracteristici si cantitati produse: conform Fisa specificatii tehnice (atasata). Plata produselor achizitionate se va face cu OP în termen de maxim 30 zile de la data emiterii facturii, in baza receptiei produselor. Produsele livrate vor fi insotite de urmatoarele documente: Aviz de insotire/Factura fiscala, Declaratie de conformitate/Certificat de calitate, Certificat de garantie. Garantia tehnica a produselor: minim 12 luni de la livrare. Conditii de livrare (INCOTERMS 2020): DDP destinatie finala la sediul UHE Sibiu, str. Rahovei, nr.45, Sibiu, jud.Sibiu. Termen de livrare: maxim 30 zile calendaristice de la data transmiterii comenzii ferme. Valabilitatea ofertei: 30 de zile. Oferta va fi transmisă până în data de 23.03.2026, ora 11:00. Oferta dumneavoastră, semnată şi ştampilată, va fi transmisă prin fax la nr.0258/732647 sau pe e-mail: [email protected]. Oferta va cuprinde pretul unitar/total pentru produsele ofertate precum si specificatiile tehnice ale produsului ofertat.Preţul ofertei va fi prezentat în lei fără TVA, pentru toate produsele ce fac obiectul acestei achizitii. Ofertele se pot depune letric, fax la numarul indicat in anunt sau scan pe adresa de email [email protected]. Ofertele depuse dupa data si ora indicata in anunt, nu vor fi luate in considerare. Fiind o selectie de oferte din piata achizitorul isi rezerva dreptul de a selecta oferta castigatoare fara a fi obligat sa anunte acest lucru celorlalti participanti cu oferte. In acest caz nu sunt aplicabile prevederile privind rezolvarea contestatiilor de catre CNSC, achizitia directa nefiind o procedura propriu-zisa. Furnizorului selectat i se va lansa comanda comerciala.
