Produse de natura resortului CTI conform anexei atașate 1. Plata se face pe baza facturii electronice transmisă prin sistemul national privind factura electronica RO e-Factura in format .xml, prin virament, in cont deschis la trezoreria statului, dupa receptia produselor in termenul legal. 2. Livrarea produselor la sediul beneficiarului: I.S.U. ,,POROLISSUM,, al județului Sălaj, B-dul Mihai Viteazul, nr.57, localitatea Zalău, jud. Sălaj. 3. Produsele se vor livra impreuna cu documentele insotitoare conform caietului de sarcini atasat (certificate de conformitate, avize de insotire, certificate de garantie, dupa caz). 4. Operatorul economic/operatorii economici declarati castigatori vor posta bunurile materiale in Catalogul Electronic din SICAP, sub forma de pachet, in vederea achizitionarii online. 1. Ofertantii vor depune, obligatoriu, urmatoarele documente: - propunerea tehnica ce va contine toate informatiile în conformitate cu anexa atașată; - propunerea financiara, - alte documente considerate de ofertant a fi necesare in demonstrarea cerintelor autoritatii contractante. 2. Ofertele vor fi depuse in plic sigilat la sediul ISU Sălaj, Bdul Mihai Viteazul, nr.57, Municipiul Zalău, la adresa de email : [email protected] sau la numărul de fax-+40 260615620., in termenul limita stabilit. Ofertele transmise dupa data si ora limita stabilita nu vor fi luate in considerare. 3.Termen de livrare a produselor la destinatie: maxim 3 zile de la transmiterea comenzii de către achizitor. 1. Prezenta nu constituie un angajament de cumparare din partea noastra. Prezentul anunt nu obliga autoritatea contractanta sa accepte o oferta sau sa efectueze achizitia. Livrarile se vor efectua in baza unor comenzi ferme, transmise ulterior declararii ofertantului castigator. 2. Program de lucru: intervalul orar 08:00 – 16:00, în zilele lucrătoare. Rugăm mentionați datele de identificare ale societății și persoana de contact. 3.
