1 Rășină PUROLITE A600 forma R-OH 0,2 mc; 2 Rășină PUROLITE C100H forma R-H 0,2 mc. "1. În concordanţă cu normele în domeniul calităţii (NMC 01, Cap. IV, Art. 4, al.1), RATEN ICN, ca organizaţie ce desfăşoară activităţi în domeniul nuclear, deţine un sistem de management al calităţii autorizat de CNCAN. Sistemul de Management al Calităţii implementat în cadrul RATEN ICN este conform cerinţelor prevăzute în normele de management al calităţii şi cu standardul ISO 9001:2015. In conformitate cu prevederile NMC 06 (cap. III), cu standardul referenţial ISO 9001:2015 (clauza 8.4), cât şi cu procedura interna ICN-AC-08, RATEN ICN solicită pentru furnizorii săi să deţină: „ Sistem de Management integrat implementat conform ISO 9001:2015”" 2. Oferta trimisa va avea pretul exprimat in lei; 3. Livrarea produselor se va face numai in urma primirii unei comenzi ferme emisa de RATEN ICN Pitesti, conform termenului asumat de furnizor prin oferta. 4. Produsele vor fi insotite la livrare de factura, declaratie de conformitate/certificat de calitate și de analiză. 5. Termen de livrare: 8 săpt. de la comanda ferma; 6. Livrarea se va face la sediul RATEN ICN Pitesti fara alte costuri suplimentare; 7. Conditii de plata: O.P. la 30 de zile Numai pe baza facturii electronice emise prin intermediul RO e-Factura; 8. Factura electronica trebuie sa contina cu fidelitate: datele de identificare ale RATEN ICN Pitesti, contul si banca Furnizorului (ATENŢIE! Banca comerciala) si persoana de contact din Raten ICN (indicata pe formularul de comanda la rubrica "Intocmit"); 9. Achizitia se va efectua pe baza criteriului pretul cel mai scazut pe pachet. A se depune oferta pe fax la numarul 0248207032 sau pe e-mail-ul [email protected] pana in 18.03.2026.
