Robineti sfera actionati pneumatic conform specificatiilor atasate 1. Plata se face pe baza facturii electronice transmise prin sistemul național privind factura electronică RO e-Factura în format .xml, cu respectarea condițiilor impuse de legislația în vigoare, conform Legii 139/2022 pentru aprobarea ordonanței de urgență 120/2021, prin virament, in cont deschis la trezoreria statului, dupa receptia produselor in termenul legal. 2. Livrarea produselor la sediul beneficiarului: Inspectoratul pentru Situatii de Urgenta ,,BANAT,, al jud.Timis, Str. Înfrățirii, nr. 13 , localitatea Timisoara, jud. Timis. 3. Produsele se vor livra impreuna cu documentele insotitoare (certificate de conformitate, avize de insotire, certificate de garantie, dupa caz). 4. Operatorul economic/operatorii economici declarati castigatori vor posta bunurile materiale in Catalogul Electronic din SEAP, sub forma de pachet ( unde este cazul ), in vederea achizitionarii online. 5. Termen de livrare a produselor: 5 zile de la lansarea comenzii. OFERTA VA CONȚINE ÎN MOD OBLIGATORIU ATÂT VALOAREA UNITARĂ/TOTALĂ FĂRĂ T.V.A. CÂT ȘI VALOAREA UNITARĂ/TOTALĂ CU T.V.A. !!!!! 1. Oferta va contine obligatoriu date si informatii referitoare la: - indeplinirea cerintelor tehnice (propunerea tehnica); - termenul de livrare; - garantie; - propunerea financiara (valoare fara TVA si cu TVA INCLUS); etc. 2. Ofertele pot fi transmise pe adresa de e-mail [email protected] , in termenul limita stabilit iar pentru informațiile tehnice se vor solicita clarificări pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected] 1. Prezenta nu constituie un angajament de cumparare din partea noastra. Livrarile se vor efectua in baza unor comenzi ferme, transmise ulterior declararii ofertantului castigator. 2. Cantitatile produselor pot suferi modificari in functie de pret si bugetul alocat, pana la atingerea valorii estimate fără T.V.A. din referatul de necesitate sau dupa caz, daca operatorul economic este neplatitor de T.V.A., pana la valorea estimata cu T.V.A. 3.
