Saci si pungi pentru deseuri - Propunerea Tehnică va fi intocmita conform cerintelor din Caietul de Carcini atasat prezentului anunt de entitatea contractantă, incluzând toate informațiile solicitate. La oferta tehnica vor fi atasate fisele tehnice ale produselor ofertate/certificate de producator precum si alte documente edificatoare dupa caz. - Propunerea Financiară va cuprinde prețul total ofertat, valoare fără TVA. În vederea comparării unitare a ofertelor, se solicită ca toate preturile să fie exprimate în cifre cu cel mult două zecimale. Oferta financiara va cuprinde prețuri unitare(pe fiecare reper in parte) aplicabile, exprimate în Lei, fără TVA. Ofertanții trebuie să transmită Oferta și documentele asociate în format electronic semnate si stampilate, cel târziu la data și ora limită pentru primirea Ofertelor specificate în Anunțul de publicitate sub denumirea ,‚Saci si pungi pentru deseuri”, conform anuntului de publicitate nr. ………. - Livrarea se va face la STTM Targu Mures str.Barajului nr.6,jud. Mures sau o alta destinatie comunicata ulterior, acceptata de comun acord, doar dupa primirea comenzii ferme de la beneficiar. Nu se accepta oferta partial. Nu se accepta oferta alternativa sau incompleta. Doar ofertele transmise pana cel târziu la data și ora limită la adresa de mail specificata în Anunțul de participare vor fi luate in considerare. Ofertele se vor transmite doar la adresa de mail: [email protected] impreuna cu fisele tehnice ale produselor ofertate pana la data de 25.03.2026 ora 23.30. Autoritatea contractanta va initia achizitia cu ofertantul care are oferta corespunzatoare din punct de vedere tehnic cu cerintele din Caietul de Sarcini si pretul cel mai mic.
