Servicii asigurare RCA 2026 pentru parcul auto al I.P.J. Braila Servicii asigurari RCA 2026 pentru parcul auto al I.P.J. Braila Operatorii economici ce depun oferta trebuie sa dovedeasca faptul ca detin Autorizatie emisa de CSA/ASF, astfel: - autorizatie ASF pentru incheierea asigurarilor RCA valabila 2025-2026 sau autorizatie valabila la data deschiderii ofertelor insotita de notificarea catre ASF a intentiei de a practica asigurarea RCA in anul 2026 si adresa ASF prin care se ia nota de aceasta intentie. Autorizatia solicitata este prevazuta de Legea nr. 237/2015 privind autorizarea si supravegherea activitatii de asigurarea si reasigurare. - autorizație ASF din care sa reiasa ca are calitatea de intermediar de asigurare pentru tipul de asigurare solicitat, valabila la momentul prezentarii, precum si dovada ca are dreptul să colecteze primele de asigurare, să plătească despăgubirile în numele asigurătorului, cu respectarea prevederilor legale în vigoare, şi să emită documentele de asigurare în numele asigurătorului. Autorizatia solicitata este prevazuta de Legea nr. 236/2018 privind distribuţia de asigurări. Acestea vor fi depuse impreuna cu oferta. Oferta va fi intocmita cu respectarea conditiilor din caietul de sarcini, conform formularelor puse la dispozitie la rubrica caiet sarcini si va avea valabilitate minim 30 zile. Atat documentele solicitate mai sus, cat si oferta vor fi depuse scanate cu semnatura si stampila pe adresa de e-mail [email protected]. OFERTA DECLARATA CASTIGATOARE VA FI PUBLICATA ULTERIOR SI ATRIBUITA IN SEAP. Se va incheia contract de prestari servicii cu plata lunara, in functie de necesitatea emiterii politelor RCA.
