Servicii de analize medicale- conform caiet de sarcini atasat ; - Perioada contractata 01.04.2026 - 31.12.2026, cu posibilitate de prelungire conform legislatiei in vigoare pana la data de 30.04.2027, in functie de necesitatile Autoritatii Contractante si de alocarile bugetare pentru aceasta destinatie . Contractul va cuprinde o anexa cu principalele tipuri de analizele care sunt cuprinse in Caietul de Sarcini si pentru care se va oferta si o anexa cu lista completa de analize asa cum este ceruta prin Caietul de Sarcini . Valoarea maxima estimata pentru care se va incheia contractulse refera si cuprinde analizele din cele 2 anexe ale contractului . Valoare estimata 01.04.2026 - 31.12.2026: 87567.15 lei fara TVA, valoare estimata 01.01-30.04.2027: 38918.73 lei fara TVA. Ofertantii trebuie sa faca dovada urmatoarelor capabilitati : - detinere acreditare SRN ISO 15189 : 2013 + anexa; - detine si ofera transport probe dedicat (propriu); Ofertantii vor prezenta si o lista cu oferta completa de analize din care care sa reiasa eventualele discounturi aplicate per test sau per categorie de teste . Ofertantii trebuie sa respecte cerintele din Caietul de sarcini atasat . Ofertantii vor fi inregistrati in SEAP . Pretul ofertat in catalog va fi fix si ferm pe intreaga perioda contractata . Termen limita de primire a ofertelor: 26.03.2026 ora 12.00, la secretariatul unitatii sau pe e-mail la adresa [email protected]. Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi solicitate, pana cel tarziu la data de 24.03.2025 ora 12.00, la adresa de e-mail din prezentul anunt, respectiv : [email protected] , raspunsul la acestea fiind prezentat pe site-ul www.spitalulstefanesti.ro sectiunea transparenta/diverse si va fi transmis si prin email tuturor Operatorilor Economici care si-au anuntat intentia de participare pana la data solicitarii/raspunsului la solicitarea de clarificari . In oferta prezentata se va preciza respectarea caietului de sarcini, a termenelor si conditiilor de prestare, plata s.a. din prezentul anunt. Propunerea financiara va cuprinde si pretul unitar exprimat in lei fara TVA.
