Servicii de asigurare de tip RCA "Inspectoratul pentru Situatii de Urgenta Buzau intentioneaza sa achizitioneze servicii de asigurare obligatorie RCA , conform anexei atasate. OFERTELE CARE PREZINTA ERORI ALE CATEGORIILOR, SERIE ȘASIU, NUMAR DE ÎNREGISTRARE, PERIOADA DE VALABILITATE SOLICITATA, NU VOR INTRA IN EVALUARE. IMPORTANT: Factura va fi obligatoriu trimisa prin sistemul RO e-Factura. Oferta, semnata si stampilata, va fi transmisa autoritatii contractante pe adresa de email: [email protected], avand caracter ferm si obligatoriu din punct de vedere al continutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate a ofertei, respectiv 30 de zile. Pretul va fi exprimat in lei fara TVA. Oferta va fi redactată în format PDF.,XLS.,DOC. și va conține obligatoriu informații despre: - numărul anunțului de publicitate; - societate; - persoana de contact; - îndeplinirea cerințelor tehnice; - oferta financiară . Autoritatea contractantă are deplină decizie în selectarea ofertantului câștigător fără a fi obligată să prezinte justificări celorlalți participanți la acțiunea de achiziție a produselor mai sus specificate. Ofertele care depășesc valoarea estimată, vor fi respinse ca inacceptabile. IMPORTANT: Factura va fi obligatoriu trimisa prin sistemul RO e-Factura. Plata se va realiza prin OP, in contul de trezorerie al furnizorului, in 30 de zile de la primirea facturii si receptie. In cazul in care se constata ca ofertantul situat pe primul loc nu isi poate indeplini obligatiile in termenele solicitate de autoritatea contractanta, aceasta va declara castigator ofertantul situat pe locul II la evaluarea initiala, anuland comanda efectuata initial. Oferta va fi valabila 30 de zile si va fi transmisa pe mail la adresa : [email protected], specificandu-se numarul prezentului anunt. Încadrarea în valoarea estimată va fi obligatorie.
