În continuare sunt detaliate instrumentele de management menite să optimizeze procesul decizional, prin corelarea analizei medicale cu cea financiară a indicatorilor spitalicești: Modul 1 – Serviciul SmartDRG utilizează un algoritm de grupare eficient, ce permite clasificarea cazurilor în vederea obținerii unui rezultat clar privind potențiala finanțare a acestora, utilizând informații clinice și administrative despre acestea. De asemenea, generează în timp real rapoarte pe baza datelor încărcate despre: suma realizată la fiecare moment dat pe fiecare tip de spitalizare, indicatori principali realizați la nivel de spital, secții, medici, foi de observație, invalidări și alte tipuri de erori sau neconcordanțe. Modul 2 – Exclusive Dashboard permite monitorizarea indicatorilor medicali (indicatori de performantă, desfășurarea contractelor cu CNAS pe fiecare tip: spitalizare continuă acută, spitalizare continuă cronici, spitalizare continuă paliativi, spitalizare de zi, ambulatoriu, servicii paraclinice, recuperare/reabilitare ambulatorie), oferind o imagine globală de la macro la micro: spital → secții/cabinete → medici → foi de observație/consulturi, și a celor financiari (consumuri și stocuri – medicamente, materiale sanitare, alte materiale consumabile, detaliate la nivelul unităților sanitare; venituri vs. cheltuieli la nivel de spital, secții, medici, foi de observație), care stau la baza deciziilor optime privind contractele cu CNAS, respectiv menținerea echilibrului fin ACCEPTUL AUTORITATII CONTRACTANTE tine loc de COMANDA, prestarea serviciilor in 3 zile, asigurarea transportului gratuit la sediul autoritatii contractante Servicii luna aprilie op 60 de zile de la primirea facturii .
