Curtea de Apel Oradea, cu sediul în municipiul Oradea, Parcul Traian, nr.10, având codul fiscal 17071723, în calitate de autoritate contractantă, solicită oferte de preț pentru achiziția următoarelor servicii prin intermediul SEAP în data de 30.03.2026, în vederea încheierii unui contract de achiziție publică pentru perioada 01.04.2026 – 31.12.2026: servicii de mentenanţă preventivă la echipamentul de electroalimentare, respectiv Grup Electrogen PRAMAC GSW65P cu seria PEE2573253, motor PERKINS 1103A-33TG2 SN: SDKU441716A, alternator MeccAlte ECO/P32 2L SN : 0001847086 astfel: - o revizie tehnică generală o dată în decursul perioadei contractuale pentru efectuarea schimbului de consumabile (filtru de ulei, ulei, filtru de aer şi filtru de combustibil) conform specificaţiilor producatorului echipamentului; - 3 verificări periodice în decursul perioadei contractuale - să efectueze operaţiunile din fişa de măsurători şi să efectueze reparaţiile ce se impun în urma constatărilor făcute în cadrul reviziilor servicii de mentenanță corectivă - intervenţia la echipamentul de electroalimentare ori de câte ori se solicită aceasta de către beneficiar; efectuarea tuturor operațiunilor necesare pentru asigurarea bunei functionări a echipamentului de electroalimentare Cerințe minime pentru ofertanți: Să dețină autorizație (atestat); Toate cerințele tehnice și indicațiile cu privire la întreținerea curentă, periodică și service-ul agregatelor, conținute în manualul de utilizare, sunt obligatorii. Procedura de achiziție aplicată este cumpărarea directă, conform dispozițiilor art.7, alin.5 din Legea nr.98/2016, privind achizițiile publice. Oferta se va depune la sediul Curţii de Apel Oradea, din Parcul Traian, nr.10, etj.2 -Registratura sau se va transmite prin e-mail: [email protected] şi va conţine propunerea tehnică și propunerea financiară. Data limită până la care se pot solicita clarificări: 26.03.2026 ora 15°°. Data limită pentru depunerea ofertelor: 30.03.2026, ora 11°°.
