Servicii de publicare anunțuri Servicii pentru publicarea unui numar de 3 anunturi de publicitate într-un cotidian cu circulaţie la nivel national (presa scrisa) referitor la obtinerea acordurilor de mediu pentru proiectele CNTEE Transelectrica SA Bucuresti - Sucursala București. Modelele anunțurilor de publicitate se regăsesc în documentul anexat prezentului anunț. Ofertantii vor prezenta oferta care va contine minim urmatoarele informatii: cotidianul în care se va publica anunțul, pret unitar si valoare totala in lei fara TVA, termenul de publicare al anunțului, valabilitate oferta. Ofertele financiare trebuie sa se incadreze in valoarea estimata. Ofertele financiare care nu se incadreaza in valoarea estimata vor fi declarate neconforme. Valabilitatea ofertelor: 30 de zile. Ȋn baza comunicării privind rezultatul achiziției directe transmise de catre entitatea contractanta, prestatorul se obligă să presteze serviciile la solicitarile entitatii contractante. Plata facturii se va efectua prin virament bancar în termen de maxim 30 de zile de la primirea si inregistrarea facturii in SPV. Factura electronica trebuie sa contina si informatiile din Nota anexata comunicarii catre ofertantul castigator. Publicarea anunțurilor se va face într-un cotidian cu circulaţie la nivel national (presa scrisa) la solicitarile entitatii contractante. Ofertele vor fi transmise la adresa de email: [email protected] sau pe fax: 021/317.23.00 pana la termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Informatii suplimentare si clarificari se pot obtine de la Serviciul Comercial, persoana de contact Cristian Ene, telefon 021/201.63.36, email: [email protected], fax: 021/317.23.00. Eventualele clarificari vor fi postate la sectiunea "Publicitate Anunturi" si vor purta denumirea de clarificari la anuntul ADV..... (se va mentiona nr. prezentului anunt).
