Descriere contract: Gradina Zoologică Brasov dorește achiziționarea de servicii speciale de reparare si intretinere a echipamentului de stingere a incendiilor. Contractul se va derula de la data de 01.04.2026 până la data de 31.12.2026, cu posibilitatea de prelungire până cel mai târziu data de 30.04.2027 . Limba de redactare a ofertei: limba româna. Prețul contractului va fi ferm, exprimat în lei fara TVA. Valoarea cu TVA se va evidentia separat. Valabilitatea ofertelor este de 30 de zile. Oferta va trebui sa contina toate datele de contact ale ofertantului: nume ofertant, adresa, date de identificare fiscala, persoana responsabila de contract Ofertantul trebuie sa fie inregistrat la Registul Comertului pentru domeniul de activitate ce face obiectul achizitiei. Odata cu oferta se depune si Certificatul constatator emis de Registrul Comertului nu mai vechi de 30 zile la data depunerii ofertei. Oferta va conține propunerea tehnică și propunerea financiară, conform cerintelor din Caietul de sarcini. Ofertele se vor transmite la adresa de email : [email protected] cu mentiunea : "Oferta- Servicii de reparare si intretinere a echipamentului de stingere a incendiilor" .
