Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze Servicii de reparații necesare pentru asigurarea funcționării corespunzătoare a echipamentelor medicale conform necesarului și specificațiilor tehnice din documentul atașat. Termenul de livrare este de maxim 30 de zile de la primirea comenzii/ semnarea contractului de către ultima parte. Operatorii economici interesați pot transmite oferta de preț lei fără TVA/produse prin una din următoarele modalități: e-mail [email protected], [email protected], fax: 021/252.26.92 sau registratura unității noastre. De asemenea, operatorii economici trebuie să precizeze faptul că sunt îndeplinite în totalitate cerințele unității noastre precum și asumarea de către ofertant a tuturor cerințelor/obligațiilor prevăzute în anunțul publicitar. Prin “ASUMARE”, nu se înțelege simpla declarație cu privire la respectarea cerințelor, ci prezentarea informațiilor tehnice DETALIATE care să permită verificarea modului concret în care cerințele sunt îndeplinite.
