“Servicii de verificare, dozare și incărcare a stingătoarelor de incendiu” Termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor: 05.02.2026, ora 12:00. Data, ora și locul deschiderii ofertelor: 05.02.2026, orele 12:30 la sediul autorității contractante din str. Decebal nr.13 C, Constanța. 16. Adresa la care se transmit/depun ofertele: Ofertele vor fi transmise pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected] sau la Registratura I.T.M. Constanţa, Str. Decebal nr.13C, Constanţa, până la data limită de depunere a ofertelor, în care se va preciza obiectul achiziţiei și datele de identificare ale ofertantului. Informații privind modul de elaborare a ofertei: Oferta va conține propunerea tehnică și propunere financiară. • Propunerea tehnică va fi întocmită și prezentată astfel încât să se asigure posibilitatea verificării corespondenței propunerii tehnice cu specificațiile tehnice prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini, considerate minime si obligatorii. • Propunerea financiară: Prețul ofertei se va exprima în lei fără TVA, evidenţiindu-se distinct valoarea taxei pe valoare adaugată, și reprezintă valoarea ofertată. În vederea compararii preturilor ofertate, toate preturile vor fi exprimate in cifre cu doua zecimale. Prețul oferta este ferm, nu se actualizeaza si nu se revizuieste. • Odată cu oferta operatorii economici vor prezenta documentele solicitate in Caietul de sarcini, atașat prezentei. CONDITII REFERITOARE LA CONTRACT “Servicii de verificare, dozare și incărcare a stingătoarelor de incendiu” pentru : • Verificarea stingatoarelor de tip P, G, SM prevazuti in tabelul de mai jos. • Verificarea ISCIR a stingatoarelor (daca este cazul); • Încarcarea cu pulbere, spma, zapada carbonica, conform incarcăturii inițiale și tipului de stingător,(dacă este cazul); • Schimbarea elementelor care sunt necorespunzatoare etichetarea, sigilarea stingatoarelor.
