Servicii farmaceutice - medicamente necompensate Autoritatea contractanta dorește să achiziționeze servicii farmaceutice privind furnizarea de medicamente necompensate eliberate pe bază de rețetă, necesare asigurării asistenței medicale persoanelor private de libertate aflate în custodia Penitenciarului București-Rahova. Comanda va fi lansată Operatorului economic ce va avea valoarea cea mai scazută pentru toate produsele ce fac obiectul achiziției. Ofertele se vor transmite pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected] în termenul-limită prevăzut în prezentul anunț. Ofertele incomplete, neconforme sau care depășesc valoarea estimată, fără TVA, vor fi respinse ca inacceptabile. Pentru o evaluare cat mai eficienta, recomandăm incărcarea ofertelor conform modelului atașat. Societatea câștigătoare va intra în posesia rețetelor si pe baza acestora va colecta fiecărui pacient, în punguțe, medicația prescrisă. Livrarea se face la sediul Autorității contractante din Șos. Alexandria, nr. 240-250, sector 5, Bucuresti, la 24 ore de la ridicare retete, iar transportul este inclus în preţul ofertat. Recepţia produselor se face la sediul Autorităţii contractante, atât cantitativ cât și calitativ.În ofertă se va menționa prețul unitar ofertat pentru fiecare produs, în lei fără T.V.A. , precum și valoarea totală în lei fără T.V.A. si valoarea totala cu T.V.A. a produselor care fac obiectul achiziției. Se va oferta pentru toate produsele solicitate. Prețul total din ofertă va include toate costurile plătibile, inclusiv transportul și alte taxe Plata in cont deschis la Trezoreria statului dupa livrare si receptie in 30 zile de la data inregistrarii facturii in sistemul E-factura .
