Servicii ITP Servicii de inspecţie tehnică periodică: -autovehicul special N3- masă total maximă autorizată 18000 kg-1 buc -autospecială de stins incendii- masă total maximă autorizată 21000 kg-1 buc -autovehicul special M2- masă total maximă autorizată 5000 kg-1 buc - autovehicul special N2- masă total maximă autorizată 7000 kg-1 buc - autovehicul special M1- masă total maximă autorizată 3200 kg-1 buc Operatorii economici interesati vor transmite o oferta pe adresa de e-mail [email protected] pana la data si ora prevazute in prezentul anunt de publicitate, continand minimum urmatoarele documente: - propunerea financiara ce va cuprinde valoarea totala fara T.V.A a serviciilor/produselor solicitate; propunerea tehnica ce va cuprinde specificatiiile tehnica si fisele tehnice ale produselorș - anexa cu pretul unitar fara T.V.A. pentru produsele/serviciile solicitate; - xerocopii dupa documentele care atesta ca operatorul economic este autorizat sa presteze serviciul solicitat. Oferta trebuie sa fie valabila 30 zile. Achizitia se va desfasura prin intermediul platformei S.E.A.P. In urma analizei ofertelor, va fi anuntat doar ofertantul declarat castigator. Ofertantul declarat castigator va fi acela a carei oferta va corespunde din punct de vedere tehnic si va avea pretul cel mai mic pentru serviciile/produsele solicitate. Serviciul se va efectua pe raza municipiului Suceava. La recepţia serviciului de Inspecţie Tehnică Periodică se va verifica: - certificarea efectuării serviciului de către prestator prin înscrierea în certificatul de înregistrare a autospecialei. - confirmarea efectuării serviciului de către şeful de garaj sau inlocuitorul acestuia prin fraza „Confirm efectuare ITP” şi semnătură pe copia xerox a cerificatului de înregistrare a autospecialei Termen maxim de livrare :16.09- 09.10.2025
