Servicii mentenanta echipamente ventilare/climatizare si desfumare la Sediul central al Arhivelor Nationale ”ADAUGARE INFORMATII: Chiller - 1 buc., VCV-uri tavan + pardoseala - 188 buc., CTA - 1 buc.” Servicii mentenanta echipamente ventilare/climatizare și desfumare la Sediul central al Arhivelor Nationale din Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta nr. 49, Sector 5, Bucuresti (valoarea totala estimata a achizitiei este pentru 10 luni, respectiv 8.403,36 lei fara TVA, dupa cum urmeaza: iulie – decembrie 2025: 5.602,24 lei fara TVA si ianuarie – 30 aprilie 2026: 2.801,12 lei fara TVA). Specificatiile tehnice solicitate sunt descrise in Caietul de sarcini, document atasat prezentului anunt. Oferta va fi transmisa la adresa de e-mail: [email protected] pana la data de 03.07.2025, ora 16:00 si va respecta caracteristicile/specificatiile tehnice ale serviciilor descrise in Caietul de sarcini, atasat la prezentul anunt de publicitate. Pretul va fi exprimat in lei fara TVA, cu maxim 2 zecimale. Valabilitatea ofertei va fi de 30 de zile. Caracteristicile/specificatiile tehnice sunt descrise in Caietul de sarcini atasat. Oferta tehnica se transmite in termenul specificat respectiv pana cel tarziu 03.07.2025, ora 16:00. Plata catre prestatorul serviciilor de mentenanta echipamente ventilare/climatizare si desfumare, consta in 3 (trei) revizii, respectiv 2 (doua) revizii in anul 2025 – inceputul sezonului cald, respectiv sfarzitul sezonului cald si 1 (una) revizie in anul 2026 – inceputul sezonului cald, dupa admiterea receptiei cantitative si calitative, prin virament bancar, in baza facturii emisa in conditiile legii, pentru suma la care este indreptatit conform prevederilor contractuale, direct in contul de Trezorerie al prestatorului indicat pe factura. Durata contractului este pana la data de 31 decembrie 2025, cu posibilitatea de prelungire, in primele 4 luni ale anului 2026, prin Act aditional la contract.
