Servicii operator R.S.V.T.I. Contract pentru prestarea serviciilor operator responsabil cu supravegherea tehnica a instalatiilor - RSVTI pentru ascensoarele si centralele termice din dotarea sediilor A.S.F. Instalatiile și echipamentele care vor constitui obiectul contractului sunt detaliate si atasate în Anexa la prezentul anunt. Contractul ce va fi incheiat va fi valabil de la data semnării acestuia si până la data de de 31.12.2025. Serviciile vor fi prestate de către un operator autorizat RSVTI de către Inspecția de Stat pentru Controlul Cazanelor, Recipientelor sub Presiune și Instalațiilor de Ridicat – ISCIR. Se va atașa o copie a autorizatiei pentru serviciile solicitate. Ofertele se transmit prin email pe adresa [email protected]. Oferta financiară se va transmite în lei fără TVA. Oferta va fi intocmită prin prezentarea atât a tarifului lunar pentru serviciile solicitate, cât si valoarea totală aferentă pentru cele 11 luni de contract. Nu se acceptă ajustarea prețului contractului. Propunerea tehnică va conține informații cu privire la activitățile specifice serviciilor de RSTVI. Impreună cu oferta vor fi comunicate și datele de identificare ale ofertantului, inclusiv contul de trezorerie. Serviiciile se vor efectua de către operatori calificați (personal autorizat ISCIR – operator RSTVI). Achiziția se va finaliza prin intermediul catalogului electronic SEAP. Plata se va face prin Ordin de plată în contul de TREZORERIE al furnizorului. NU se acceptă plăți parțiale sau totale în avans. Contravaloarea prestării serviciilor ce constituie obiectul contractului va fi facturată în luna următoare pentru serviciile prestate în luna anterioară și se va achita prin virament bancar, în termen de 30 de zile de la primirea, de către Beneficiar, a facturii emise de Prestator in baza procesului verbal de acceptanta ,semnat de ambele parti.
