Servicii organizare evenimente Servicii organizare evenimente: În cadrul inițiativei bilaterale ”Archiving by design – a way to defy electronic records management challenges” („Arhivare din proiectare – un mod de a rezista provocărilor administrării arhivistice a documentelor electronice”) finanțat din Fondul pentru Relații Bilaterale 2014-2021 pentru implementarea Mecanismului Financiar SEE și Norvegian 2014-2021, se organizează următoarele activității: 1) Workshop #4 with AbD (mun. Baia Mare, jud. Maramureș) în perioada 15 – 18 septembrie 2024: - coffee break pentru 8 persoane pentru 4 zile; - masă caldă pentru 8 persoane pentru 4 zile și pentru care sunt necesare următoarele acțiuni: 1.1) Servicii organizare evenimente (15 – 18 septembrie 2024): coffee break, în stil bufet suedez – 19,89 lei/pers/zi, pentru 8 persoane x 4 zile x 19,89 lei = 636,48 lei cu TVA inclus (534,86 lei fără TVA); masă caldă, în stil bufet suedez – 104,42 lei/pers/zi, pentru 8 persoane x 4 zile x 104,42 lei = 3.341,44 lei cu TVA inclus (2.807,93 lei fără TVA). Evenimentele se vor desfășura prin participare fizică. Oferta va fi transmisa la adresa de e-mail: [email protected] pana la data de 06.09.2024, ora 14:00 si va respecta prevederile Caietului de sarcini, atasat. Pretul va fi exprimat in lei fara TVA, cu MAXIM 2 zecimale. Valabilitatea ofertei va fi de 30 de zile. Conform prevederilor Caietului de sarcini, atasat. Oferta depusa la o alta adresa de e-mail sau dupa data si ora precizata, nu va fi luata in considerare.
