Servicii postale de distribuire a corespondentei si inchiriere casuta postala Achizitia in limita fondurilor bugetare prin cumparare directa a serviciilor postale de distribuire a corespondentei și închiriere casuta postala pentru perioada 01.01.2025 – 31.03.2025, conform solicitarilor minime din caietul de sarcini anexat. Poate participa orice operator economic interesat, care depune o oferta in limba romana, din care sa rezulte serviciile ofertate, pretul unitar ofertat si valoarea totala a serviciilor, fără TVA. Oferta depusa (scanată cu semnatura) va fi valabila 90 zile, avand caracter ferm si obligatoriu. Nu se admit oferte alternative. Ofertele care nu indeplinesc solicitarile minime sau nu acopera necesitatea unitatii vor fi respinse ca neconforme. După evaluarea ofertelor depuse şi stabilirea ofertei câştigătoare, fiecare ofertant implicat va primi comunicarea privind adjudecarea/neadjudecarea ofertei. Ofertantul declarat câștigător va primi comunicarea privind data semnării contractului de prestare a serviciilor. Serviciile postale de distribuire a corespondentei vor fi prestate zilnic, conform solicitarilor minime din Caietul de sarcini nr. 967.192 din 16.12.2024. Plata serviciilor se va efectua in lei, in baza facturii fiscale avand mentionat contul IBAN de trezorerie al prestatorului, in termen de 30 de zile de receptia serviciilor, cu ordin de plata prin Trezoreria Bacau. Operatorii economici interesati vor transmite oferta prin e-mail la adresa de e-mail: [email protected], până la 19.12.2024, ora 10.00.
