Servicii privind deseurile medicale Colectarea, transportul si eliminarea deseurilor medicale rezultate din activitatea cabinetului medical al CNTEE Transelectrica SA Bucuresti – Sucursala Bucuresti, cu respectarea legislației de mediu privind gestionarea deșeurilor medicale. Oferta prezentată va cuprinde obligatoriu următoarele documente: copie după documentele care dovedesc capacitatea tehnica si profesionala pentru prestarea serviciile solicitate in conformitate cu cerinta de la punctul 3 ”Cerinte de participare solicitate” din Informațiile pentru ofertanți, Formularul nr. 1 - Formular de propunere financiară și dacă este cazul anexa la formularul de propunere financiară, Formularul nr. 2 - Formular propunere tehnică, Formularul nr. 3 -Declarație de acceptare a condițiilor contractuale. Se pot prezenta si orice alte informatii considerate relevante de catre ofertanti in evaluarea ofertelor. Ofertele financiare care se incadreaza in valoarea estimata vor fi declarate neconforme. Valabilitatea ofertelor : 30 de zile. Conform proiect de contract anexat la anuntul de publicitate. Durata contract 24 de luni. Ofertele vor fi transmise la adresa de email : [email protected] sau pe fax : 021/317.23.00 pana la termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Informatii suplimentare si clarificari se pot obtine de la Serviciul Comercial, persoana de contact Florin Vaja, telefon 021/201.62.36, email : [email protected], fax : 021/317.23.00. Eventualele clarificari vor fi postate la sectiunea "Publicitate Anunturi" si vor purta denumirea de clarificari la anuntul ADV..... (se va mentiona nr. prezentului anunt) .
