Servicii specializate de relocare mobilier, echipamente birotică și echipamente IT Obiectul achiziției îl reprezintă: a. prestarea serviciilor de relocare mobilier, echipamente birotică și echipamente IT, în interiorul sediului Beneficiarului din Splaiul Independenței, nr.15, sector 5, București. b. prestarea serviciilor de mutare și transport mobilier, echipamente birotică și echipamente IT, între imobilele Beneficiarului situate în București la următoarele adrese: - Splaiul Independenței nr. 15, sector 5; - str. Steluței nr. 2, sector 1; - str. Amiral Constantin Bălescu nr. 18, sector 1; - alte locații comunicate de Beneficiar, după încheierea contractului. Prestatorul va fi responsabil pentru: - asigurarea personalului specializat/lucrători; - asigurarea transportului cu autoutilitară de 3.5 t carosată între imobilele A.S.F; - asigurarea accesoriilor, echipamentelor și materialelor necesare derulării operațiunii; - manipularea mobilierului, echipamentelor birotică și IT (în funcție de specificul fiecărei comenzi în parte) pentru încărcarea/descărcarea în/din mijloacele de transport. Serviciile vor fi prestate pe bază de comandă în momentul în care acestea vor fi necesare. În baza solicitării, Prestatorul va întocmi un deviz care va fi supus aprobării Beneficiarului și va presta serviciile solicitate. Numărul real al intervențiilor va fi stabilit în momentul constatării necesității și acestea se vor încadra în valoarea maximă ce va fi prevăzută în contract. Se estimeaza :10 transporturi cu autoutilitară de 3.5 t; -4 lucrători/zi (8 h) x 15 zile;(in zile lucrătoare) Operatori economici specializati in prestarea acestor tipuri de servicii Contractul de prestări servicii se va incheia pana la data de 31.12.2025. Oferta (Propunerea tehnica si financiară ) semnata si datata se va transmite pe adresa de e-mail [email protected] pana la data si ora limita prevăzute in anunt.
