SERVICII SUPORT TEHNIC PENTRU 2 ECHIPAMENTE FORTIGATE 600E SERVICII SUPORT TEHNIC PENTRU 2 ECHIPAMENTE FORTIGATE 600E CU SN: FG6H0ETB21905198, FG6H0ETB21904962. CERINTE: PART NUMBER: FC-10-F6H0E-950-02-12. 1.Prestarea serviciilor se va realiza in termen de maximum 3 zile lucratoare de la data finalizarii achizitiei in SEAP; 2.Vor depune oferte numai operatorii economici care pot oferta si presta serviciile care indeplinesc in totalitate specificatiile tehnice; 3.Ofertele care nu indeplinesc cerintele mentionate nu vor fi luate in considerare. 4.Plata se va face doar in baza facturii emisa si transmisa prin sistemul naţional RO e-Factura, potrivit prevederilor OUG nr. 120/2021 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. 5. Facturile emise trebuie să conțină codul CPV corespunzător prevăzut în nomenclatorul de referință în domeniul achizițiilor publice, adoptat prin Regulamentul (CE) nr. 2. 195/2002 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului din 5 noiembrie 2002 privind Vocabularul comun al achizițiilor publice (CPV). Achizitia directa se va realiza prin lansarea unei comenzi (nu se va incheia contract de prestare servicii). Rugam potentialii ofertanti interesati sa publice aceste servicii in catalogul electronic din SEAP la codul CPV mentionat in prezentul anunt si sa faca referire in campul "DENUMIRE REPER" la numarul anuntului de publicitate. Ofertele primite pe alte cai, decat prin catalogul electronic SEAP sau care nu fac referire la nr anuntului de publicitate sau la codul CPV, nu vor fi luate in considerare. Precizam ca autoritatea contractanta are obligatia de a realiza achizitia directa in conformitate cu prevederile art. 7, alin (5) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice. Fiind o prospectare de piata, achizitorul are deplina libertate in a selecta oferta/ofertele castigatoare fara a fi obligat sa anunte acest lucru celorlalti participanti. In acest caz nu sunt aplicabile prevederile privind rezolvarea contestatiilor de catre CNSC, achizitia directa nefiind o procedura propriu-zisa.
