În cadrul celor două revizii se va avea în vedere curățarea, întreținerea, calibrarea și verificarea parametrilor de funcționare ale echipamentelor, operațiuni consemnate prin elaborarea unor rapoarte de revizie. Aspectele supuse consultarii vizeaza obtinerea unei valori estimate, fara TVA, pentru serviciul mai sus-mentionat. Opiniile, sugestiile si recomandarile cu privire la valoarea estimata, conform solicitarilor, se vor formula in scris si se vor transmite la adresele de e-mail: [email protected] si [email protected], pana la data si ora limita stabilite in anuntul de consultare. La subiectul mesajului se va specifica si codul (numarul) din SEAP al anuntului de consultare a pietei.
