Sistem audio-video Sistem audio-video Modul de prezentare a ofertei: Oferta va fi transmisă prin e-mail la adresa [email protected], până la data limită de depunere a ofertelor precizată în anunț. Oferta va fi compusă cel puțin din următoarele documente: 1. Dovadă deținere cont trezorerie precum și datele de contact ale persoanei desemnate să se implice în relațiile cu IGPF; 2. Prețul produselor exprimat în lei fără TVA, în conformitate cu formularul de ofertă atașat la prezentul anunț (Se va completa și transmite documentul Formular oferta, atașat). Inspectoratul General al Poliției de Frontieră achiziționează 1 cpl. sistem audio-video, conform specificațiilor tehnice atașate,urmând a fi livrat și instalat la sediul Centrului de Supraveghere și Controlul Trecerii Frontierei - Aeroport București - Otopeni, loc. Otopeni, jud. Ilfov., ca o soluţie la cheie cu toate cele necesare instalării şi punerii în funcţiune incluse, iar toate echipamentele se vor monta într-un Rrack tip mobilier de 20 unităţi. Achiziția va fi realizată prin transmiterea unei comenzi ferme către operatorul economic declarat câştigător. • Termen de livrare și instalare: 60 zile de la data primirii comenzii ferme din partea autorității contractante, fără costuri suplimentare, la sediul Centrului de Supraveghere și Controlul Trecerii Frontierei - Aeroport București - Otopeni, loc. Otopeni, jud. Ilfov; • Condiții de plată: 30 de zile de la data primirii facturii și a recepției produselor, fără obiecțiuni. Pentru ca plata să poată fi efectuată, operatorul economic trebuie să dețină un cont deschis la o unitate de trezorerie a statului şi are obligaţia introducerii facturii în sistemul naţional RO e-Factura, conform legislaţiei în vigoare; • Oferta trebuie să conțină produsele solicitate pentru a putea fi luată în considerare; • Nu vor fi luate în considerare ofertele sub formă de linkuri către site-uri care comercializează produsele ofertate; • Nu vor fi luate în considerare ofertele transmise după termenul limită sau la altă adresă de e-mail. • Nu vor fi acceptate oferte care depășesc valoarea estimată!
