Solicitare oferta Cutit pentru masina tocat Cutit pentru mașina de tocat: Compatibil cu mașina de tocat GF-0407, MK-12, Putere mașină 800 W, cantitate de tocare 150 kg/h---1 buc În conformitate cu prevederile art. 7, alin. (5) al Legii nr. 98/2016, Penitenciarul Bistrița, cod fiscal RO 24957022, vă invită să participați cu oferta de preț fără TVA, pentru achiziția de produse / servicii, prin următoarele posibilități : • Trimiterea ofertei de preț fără TVA prin e-mail: [email protected] , [email protected] sau pe fax la nr. 0263.234.439. • Termenul limită de participare cu ofertă de preț fără TVA, este data de 05.02.2026. • Pentru o evaluarea cât mai eficientă, vă solicităm ca la ofertarea fiecărui produs, să specificaţi marca, model, tip etc. • Livrarea se va efectua gratuit la sediul Penitenciarului Bistriţa de pe strada Tărpiului nr. 22, cod poştal 420062, localitatea Bistrița, județul Bistrița – Năsăud. • Produsul va fi însoţit de Certificat de conformitate/ Declaraţie de conformitate, Certificat de garanţie. • Dacă la recepţie, produsul inspectat nu corespunde specificaţiilor, achizitorul are dreptul să îl respingă, iar furnizorul are obligaţia, fără a modifica preţul ofertat: a) de a înlocui produsele refuzate, sau b) de a face toate modificările necesare pentru ca produsele să corespundă specificaţiilor lor tehnice. • Termenul de livrare pentru produse se va specifica pe comanda transmisă ofertantului câştigător. În cazul în care termenul de livrare este depăşit cu mai mult de 10 zile, ne alocăm dreptul de a anula comanda şi de a o reatribui următorului ofertant;
