Soluții băi galvanizare, conform documente achiziție atașate anunțului publicitar. FINALIZAREA ACHIZIȚIEI: Achiziția se va finaliza prin transmiterea unei comenzi ferme, ofertantului având oferta conformă tehnic și financiar, clasată pe primul loc, urmare aplicării criteriului de atribuire din anunț. LIVRAREA: Livrarea se va efectua gratuit la sediul autorității contractante din Str. Dinu Vintilă nr. 10, sector 2, București, fără alte costuri suplimentare celor ofertate. Garantie: conform garanție acordată de producător. PLATA: Plata se va efectua în lei, în maximum 30 zile de la data recepţiei, care atestă conformitatea livrării, prin ordin de plată, în cont de trezorerie, pe baza facturii fiscale emise prin Sistemul National Ro E-Factura, în conformitate cu prevederile legale în vigoare. Factura va include obligatoriu codul CPV, conform datelor din prezentul anunț. Propunere tehnico-comercială, care va include obligatoriu : - formularul de ofertă; - toate detaliile tehnice, însoțite după caz de prospecte tehnice, prin care se demonstrează îndeplinirea tuturor cerințelor tehnice, în caz contrar aceasta nu poate fi evaluată; - condiția de plată acceptată; - termenul de livrare; - valabilitatea ofertei. Ofertele vor fi valabile pentru o perioadă de minim 30 de zile de la data limită stabilită pentru depunere. - NU se acceptă oferte alternative ; - prețurile din ofertă vor fi exprimate în lei, fără TVA. Declaraţia de consimţământ privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal. Ofertele se vor transmite prin e-mail la adresa: [email protected], arhivate cu parolă, până la data și ora specificate în anunțul din SEAP. Ofertele primite după data și ora limită nu vor fi acceptate. Parola pentru dezarhivarea ofertelor se va comunica autorităţii contractante prin e-mail în primele 30 de minute după data şi ora limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor. În cazul în care două sau mai multe oferte vor avea prețuri egale, autoritatea contractantă va solicita retransmiterea ofertei financiare. Cerințele tehnice definite în prezentul anunț prin trimiterea la un anumit producător, vor fi înțelese ca fiind însoțite de mențiunea „sau echivalent”.
