Ofertele se transmit pe adresa: [email protected]. Oferta va conține prețul unitar al produselor/serviciilor/lucrărilor precum și valoarea totală fără TVA. Pretul va fi exprimat în lei fără TVA, cu maxim doua zecimale. Propunerea tehnica va contine specificatiile produselor/serviciilor/lucrărilor ofertate din care sa rezulte indeplinirea cerintelor minime din specificatiile tehnice atașate. Oferta va avea caracter ferm si obligatoriu din punct de vedere al continutului pe toata perioada de valabilitate. Valabilitatea ofertei trebuie să fie de minim 30 de zile. Operatorul economic care nu va oferta întreaga cantitate de produse/servicii/lucrări, nu i se va lua în considerare oferta. Nu se acceptă oferte a căror valoare financiară depășește valoarea estimată. Nu se acceptă oferte alternative. Oferta dvs. trebuie să includă valoarea totală a Spray iritant lacrimogen 150 ml-50 buc. conform specificatiilor prevazute in caietul de sarcini atasat- conform anunț de publicitate, inclusiv valoarea transportului. Livrarea se face la adresa: str. Bucuresti, nr.110, Calarasi, Jud. Călărași. Termen de livrare: 5 zile de la data comenzii/achiziției. Ofertantul declarat câștigător are obligația de a posta în SEAP produsele/serviciile/lucrările achiziționate, cât și obligația de a emite factura electronică prin intermediul sistemului național privind factura electronică RO e-Factura. Ofertele se transmit pe adresa: [email protected]. Achizitorul are deplină decizie în selectarea ofertantului câștigător, fără a fi obligat să prezinte justificari celorlalți ofertanți participanți. Autotitatea contractantă nu are obligația de a face comunicări scrise. Prezentei achiziții nu i se aplică prevederile referitoare la soluționarea contestațiilor de catre CNSC, achiziția directă nefiind o procedură de atribuire a unui contract de achiziție publică.
