Uscator de aer comprimat, CR # 45805 Furnizare uscatoare de aer comprimat – 2 bucati, necesare uscarii aerului utilizat la functionarea echipamentelor de productie Ofertantul va depune urmatoarele documente: Oferta tehnica, oferta financiara si declaratie pe proprie raspundere privind incadrarea/neincadrarea in prevederile art. 52 din OUG 109/2011 (Formular VI.3.2.). Oferta tehnica vafi intocmita in conformitate cu cerintele solicitate prin caietul de sarcini si Anexei A continand caracteristicile tehnice. Oferta financiara va fi intocmita in lei, fara TVA, si va include toate cheltuielile necesare efectuarii livrarii in conditii DDP Mioveni, conform INCOTERMS 2020. Oferta va avea o valabilitate de minim 45 de zile. Limba de redactare a ofertei: Romana. Alte conditii: - Precizarea documentelor insotitoare la livrarea produsului (Factura, Certif. de garantie, Declr. de conformitate, Declr. in care sa se specifice originea produsului si faptul ca acesta nu este contrafacut, fraudulos sau suspect) - precizare Cont bancar - Acceptarea ca modalitate de plata - OP cu scadenta in maxim 30 de zile de la semnarea documentelor de receptie. La elaborarea ofertei se vor respecta toate cerintele din caietul de sarcini. Livrare: max. 30 de zile lucratoare de la semnarea contractului de catre ambele parti la sediul FCN, transport inclus; Furnizare uscatoare de aer comprimat – 2 bucati, conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini F-SMEU-CAIET-CS-07420-11-11-25, ed.2, Anexei A la caietul de sarcini (Caracteristici tehnice) si propunerea de contract, anexate. Solicitarile de clarificari pot fi transmise pana la data de 09.02.2026, ora 12:00, pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected]. Ofertele se vor transmite pana la data de 11.02.2026, ora 23:30 pe adresa de e-mail: [email protected]. Documentul anexat la prezentul Anunt include: caiet de sarcini, nota justificativa factori de evaluare, propunere de contract si formular VI.3.2.
