Verificare supape de siguranta recipiente Unitatea militară 01145 intenționează să achiziționeze pachet servicii, astfel: - Verificare supapa de siguranta tip cu arc DN 1/4 AIRTEK pe recipient nr. fabricatie BRCP103357, serie de fabricatie NS065, an fabricatie 2012, V=200l; - Verificare supapa de siguranta tip cu arc DN 1/4 AIRTEK pe recipient nr. fabricatie BCRP104416, serie de fabricatie NS103, an fabricatie 2012, V=500l; - Verificare supapa de siguranta tip cu arc DN 0/2 HEROSE tip 06205, serie fabricatie 00855316, an fabricatie 2011, V=1000l. Oferta va fi depusa pentru intregul pachet de servicii. Prestarea de servicii se executa la sediul achizitorului UM 01145 Roman, str. Prof. Dumitru Martinas, nr. 2-4, in termen de 5 zile de la comanda ferma. Persoana de contact: Arustei Catalin - 0740700903. In pretul unitar ofertat va fi inclus si transportul personalului prestatorului, la si de la beneficiar (UM 01145 Roman). Ofertele semnate si stampilate vor fi transmise pâna în data de 16.01.2026, ora 11.00, prin e-mail pe adresa [email protected] sau fax la nr. 0233/722725. La finalizarea serviciilor trebuie emise urmatoarele documente: factura fiscala transmisa obligatoriu in sistemul informatic e-factura, buletin verificare/reglare. Ofertele vor avea o valabilitate minima de 30 zile. Plata se va efectua în maxim 30 de zile de la data recepționării serviciilor si primirea facturilor, prin ordin de plata în contul de virament deschis la TREZORERIE. In cazul in care se solicita clarificari care modifica informatiile prevazute in acest anunt sau se impun astfel de modificari, autoritatea contractanta va publica o noua versiune a anuntului ce va include modificari impuse de aceste clarificari. Finalizarea achizitiei se va realiza in SEAP, ofertantul declarat castigator avand obligatia de a posta serviciul in SEAP mentionand numarul anuntului de publicitate.
